Some shops sell you second hand stuff instead of new

Well, my brothers bought a PS2, play station 2, and it comes with only one handle, so they bought a second one from the same shop, and it's supposed to be the original one. So back home, we played, and it wasn't long until we figured out that something was wrong with that handle.

The buttons were so smooth, everyone knows that a new PS handle is supposed to be hard at the begining and softens after a while, so we took it back and replaced it. This one looked better but we discovered again that it's used! the square button doesn't always work and the handle plug is scratched! that means it has been used, ALOT!

So again went to the shop, had a little fight with the seller, got a new handle, took a look at it, seemed good, back home, and the X-button and square button have a problem!!!!

So, what now? what should I do with this guy? Am thinking of returning the handle and taking my money back, any ideas?
